BANKS
Under $25 million in assets - $200
Over $25 million in assets - $250
UTILITIES
One to 24 employees - $150
25 or more employees - $250
MANUFACTURERS
Less than 50 employees - $125
50 to 74 - $150
75 to 99 - $175
Over 100 - $200
GENERAL SMALL BUSINESSES
(stores, restaurants, auto sales and service, etc.; this category now includes doctors, lawyers, real estate agents)
One to 10 employees - $85
11-20 - $100
21 to 40 - $125
Over 40 - $150
INDIVIDUALS
(concerned citizens, retirees, educators) - $35
