The cost is $150 per team or $50 per player. Player package includes entry fee, cart, 18 holes of golf, custom event t-shirt and cap plus other gifts. Breakfast and lunch are also provided.

Hole sponsors, team sponsors, apparel sponsors and corporate sponsors make the tournament and the scholarship program possible. The cost to sponsor a hole is $100. It's $500 for apparel and corporate sponsorships, and $150 to sponsor a team.
Each golfer will receive a custom event cap and t-shirt. There will also be over three dozen door prizes given away by random drawing including a $200 gift card from Vision Plus Eye Care!
Contests will be held on several holes. Compete for a $1,000 hole-in one prize plus nice prizes for closest-to-the pin and longest-drive on select holes.
There will be cash prizes for the top three teams in both flights:
First - $50 per player ($150 total)
Second - $40 per player
Third - $30 per player
Golfers, please note: with two standard mulligans, two baseball throws and two shots from the red tees, the deluxe mulligan ticket gives you a chance to have some fun while improving your team's score. Imagine scoring 18, 20, maybe 25 under par. And since each player can get one, the deluxe mulligan ticket can make it pretty easy to improve your team's score by several strokes.
To get yours, include payment for the $25 deluxe mulligan tickets when you prepay for your team player fees, or get them on the morning of the event.
